I offer a safe, non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel understood. I’m a compassionate, person‑centred therapist trained in CBT, but I adapt to the person in front of me. I specialise in Anxiety, especially Panic, Worry and Phobia, and often support people who found pure CBT too rigid, too pushy or too therapist-led. I also bring lived experience of depression, anxiety and ADHD, so I meet you with empathy and real understanding. It can be hard to find a therapist that you can click with, so the best way to see if we’re a good fit is to have a free, no-obligations short chat via phone or video.
I can help by listening, validating and connecting with you. I can also help you to connect with parts of yourself that you may hide, neglect or pretend not to have. I acknowledge that this is what we are conditioned to do as humans, but that the authentic you is powerful, loveable and deserving of good things. That is why I offer more than pure CBT.
With over seven years of working as a therapist in NHS Talking Therapies, I now provide affordable private therapy through my Moving Forward program — designed to help adults navigate challenges and move toward the life they want.
